School Management Software in Pakistan - What MjFour Does

MjFour School Management runs admissions, fees, exams, attendance and payroll for schools and colleges in Pakistan from one student record, with bank challan reconciliation, multi-campus consolidation and WhatsApp messaging. Plans start at PKR 1,000 a month.

Running a school in Pakistan means keeping the same student in four places at once: an admission register, a fee ledger, a mark sheet and an attendance record. They drift apart, and by the time anyone notices, a fee voucher has gone out with the wrong arrears on it.

MjFour School Management is built to keep those in one place. It is made by MjFour, the same team behind Graduate.pk, for schools, colleges and tuition academies here rather than adapted from software written for somewhere else.

One student record, start to finish

The system holds a single record per student, from the first admission enquiry through to the leaving certificate. Fees, examinations and attendance all attach to that record instead of living in separate books.

The modules are:

  • Student information and admissions - enquiry, enrolment and the full student file
  • Fee management and vouchers - including bank challan reconciliation
  • Examinations and result cards
  • Attendance and timetable
  • Payroll for school staff

The parts that usually go wrong

Fee vouchers that match reality. Concessions and arrears are where most fee software quietly diverges from what a school actually charges. Vouchers here reflect the concessions and arrears the school genuinely applies, and bank challans reconcile against them.

Payroll in the same system. Staff payroll runs without a second login, a second set of employee records, or a second company to chase for support.

More than one campus. Multi-campus figures consolidate rather than being totalled by hand at the end of every month.

Talking to parents. WhatsApp is integrated, which is where Pakistani parents actually read messages. The interface is bilingual, Urdu and English.

What it costs

Pricing is per month, by student count and number of branches:

Plan Students Branches Monthly
Starter up to 200 1 PKR 1,000
Growing up to 300 2 PKR 1,500
Multi-campus up to 400 3 PKR 2,000

The starter plan is PKR 10,000 a year, which works out as two months free. Every plan includes setup at no cost, staff training, 24/7 support, all updates, and the Android app.

That range is aimed at neighbourhood schools upward - the institutions that usually get quoted enterprise prices for software they will never fully use.

Is it right for your institution?

It fits if you are a school, college or academy in Pakistan running one campus or several, and the day-to-day problem you have is administrative rather than academic: fee collection, attendance, results, staff pay.

It is not a learning-management system and does not try to be one. If what you need is course delivery and online classes, this is the wrong tool.

Disclosure. MjFour and Graduate.pk are run by the same team. We have written about the product here because we build it. Weigh that the way you would any first-party write-up; the product page has the current feature list and pricing.

Elsewhere on Graduate.pk you can compare university fee structures, browse degree programmes, or look up entrance exams.
